Camera measures
Camera measures describe looking direction, visible people and objects, and time on camera.
Camera observations
Camera measures are estimates made from sampled frames of a recording. Analytics shows measurements for the recording as a whole. Observations identifies recorded moments for review. You interpret each result alongside the video.
Gaze near the student's baseline
The personal gaze baseline uses the middle gaze angles from the first five seconds with at least ten usable samples. Fewer samples produce zero baseline angles and a calibration note. The Studio explains camera-angle problems beside measurements that need a clearer face.
When camera analysis runs
Camera analysis follows the assignment's pack rules and settings. All five packs include camera metrics. Professional Selling and Verbal Exams include observations for face absence, phones, and a second person. Each result requires the corresponding camera analysis.
The camera worker targets five frames a second by default. L2CS-Net estimates gaze, and MediaPipe Face Mesh measures head position. RT-DETR or YOLOv8 detects phones and people. NVIDIA Active Speaker Detection identifies on-camera speech in courses that use it.
The delivery card averages two assessments with reasons and recorded moments. The assignment's scoring rules determine how evidence contributes to rubric points.
